This is a small group for runners! All are welcome to a Saturday morning jog and workout. Please bring a mat, lots of water and wear running shoes.
Learn how to integrate running and/or working out into your life for a total Spirit, mind and body balance worthy of our Lord. We meet outside at the church parking lot by the gym entrance, rain or shine, then depart for our run or walk from there. RWAP workouts begin, Saturday May 6th and end September 30th. No sign up needed, just show up on time or better yet, 15 minutes early.
